? Enforce safety orientation within plant through Visible Felt Leadership (VFL) and implementation of safety standards.
? Analyze incidents/accident reports to prevent from reoccurrence.
? Follow safety policy, to set and implement priority plan related to Safety, Environment and Health within plant to improve safety mindset and behaviors.
? Support each department use Gemba walk and CCTV to find Hazards and risk, and take related actions to improve.
? Analyze safety event with RCA to find root causes, support plant manager to take actions.
? Report to plant manager for safety situation and analysis timely.
? Zero harm and no breach in regulations cross plant’s activities.
? Plan plant safety activities and build safety first atmosphere.
? Set plant safety training plan, to consistent improve people’s safety mindset.
? Use discipline to unsafety and breach behaviors.
? Check and review plant activities to meet state and *** regulations.
? Communicate with government for HES situation within plant.
? Communicate with BU safety manager for plant improvement actions.
