职责描述：
1.负责国内香精香料的销售
2.现有客户的维护和新客户的开发，以达成集团总部下达的销售目标
3.销售合同的签订
4.负责客户及产品的各项日常业务管理，全程及时跟进客户及产品的执行进度
5.主动发现客户需求，并能善用已有资源
6.做好市场信息的收集

任职要求：
1， 本科以上学历， 化学及相关专业优先
2， 2-3年相关岗位工作经验
3， 对香精有所了解，对香气有良好的感知和表达
4， 具有良好的人际沟通，协调能力；分析和解决问题的能力

SALES ACCOUNT
Ventos Essential Oil & Aromatics (Shanghai) co. Ltd, is the first subsidiary that Ventós Group opened in Asia and is 100% owned by the same group. It has been operating since 2011 with 2 digit number annual growth since then.
Ventós Group is specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals.
In order to continue with the process of growth, the selected candidate will assist the Sales Department as a Sales Account.

Main responsibilities
Deal directly with customers and build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
Negotiate and close orders.
Prepare offers.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve it's satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquires.
Prepare customer activity reports.
Maintain customer database.
Manage administration.
Communication and coordination with other departments.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, chemistry and related majors are preferred
At least 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar position as a sales account.
Preferably with prior experience in Flavors and Fragrances, Food Ingredients, Nutrition
Industry, Chemicals or Raw materials.
Excellent organizational skills; highly motivated and capable to prioritize efficiently.
Strong communicative skills and capable to work alone and as part of a team;
enthusiastic and reliable.
Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
Own vehicle and preferably living near Jiading.
