Main responsibilities:
1. Support the production department in quality functions or tasks
2. Drive continuous improvement in terms of process flow, inspection method, Poka yoke and process capability
3. Focus on prevention of quality problems, take part in the FMEA team, determine process risks and take actions to reduce the risk
4. Carry out process, product audit
5. Prepare control plan, inspection instruction and submit PPAP to customers.
6. Organize fast response team to react to daily quality problem in the supported area and ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of problem solving.

Skill/experience Requirements:
1. Be familiar with IATF16949, experience of supplier audit.
2. Experience in APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/MSA/SPC/VDA6.3/VDA6.5
3. Good at problem solving( 8D, 5-WHY,etc.)
4. Fluent in oral/written English
5. Over 5 years experience in automotive industrial
