工作内容Job Details: 1.制定销售团队的组织结构、人员配置和激励政策,提升团队凝聚力和执行力; Develop the organizational structure, staffing and incentive policies of the sales team, and improve the cohesion and execution of the team; 2.负责销售渠道的开发、维护和管理,确保销售渠道的有效覆盖; Be responsible for the development, maintenance and management of sales channels to ensure the effective coverage of sales channels; 3.负责市场调研和竞品分析,为公司产品和服务的市场定位提供支持; Be responsible for market research and competition analysis, and provide support for the market positioning of the company’s products and services; 4.负责销售预算的编制、执行和监控,确保销售成本的合理控制; Be responsible for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of sales budget to ensure reasonable control of sales cost; 5.负责销售业绩的跟踪、分析和评估,及时调整销售策略和方法; Be responsible for tracking, analyzing and evaluating sales performance, and adjust sales strategies and methods in time; 6.负责销售人员的培训、考核和激励,提升销售团队的专业素质和工作积极性; Be responsible for training, assessment and incentive of sales staff, and improve the professional quality and work enthusiasm of sales team; 7.负责与客户建立良好的合作关系,维护客户满意度和忠诚度; Be responsible for establishing a good cooperative relationship with customers and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty; 8.负责跨部门沟通协调,推动公司业务的整合和发展; Be responsible for cross-departmental communication and coordination promote the integration and development of the company’s business. 9.负责销售数据的收集、整理和报告,为公司决策提供数据支持; Be responsible for collecting and reporting sales data, and provide data support for company decision-making; 10.直接向总经理汇报 Reports directly to General Manager 11.遵守公司规章制度,完成日常工作,参加安全活动、学习安全技术知识,严格遵守各项安全生产规章制度,严格按照ISO9001和14001体系和知识产权体系要求执行相关职责。 Abide by the company's rules and regulations, complete daily work, participate in safety activities, learn safety technical knowledge, strictly abide by the safety production rules and regulations, and strictly perform related responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001 and 14001 system and intellectual property system.
任职资格Qualifications: 教育方面:本科以上学历,相关专业(985,211优先考虑)。 Education: Bachelor degree or above,related major. 经验: 至少有3年以上的非标自动化设相关经验。 有汽车自动化、医疗和生命科学相关经验和人脉资源优先考虑。 Experience: Experience in Customise Automation, Factory Automation (3 years and above). Prior experience and interpersonal network with Automation、Medical Device and Life Science customer will be added advantage.
技能: 精通Microsoft Office, Words, Excel,Power Point。 有较好的演示和解说能力,面对客户高层有一定的信心。 具备较强的客户沟通能力和较强的学习能力。 具备良好的英语读写能力。 对贸易条款,空运船运,国际贸易术语有一定的理解。 Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office,Words, Excel, Power Point. Good presentation and interpersonal skills, confidence in presenting to senior audiences. Strong customer communication skills and learning ability. Able to read and write in English and Chinese. Experience in handling trading terms and conditions, shipping conditions, Incoterm will be a plus but not a must. 态度: 身体健康,吃苦耐劳,有良好的团队合作精神,协调能力强。 工作必须专业、有条理。 必须能够在压力下有效工作。 能够接受国内出差的需求。 Attitude: Healthy, hard-working, good team player, coordination skills.
