岗位职责:
Event management 项目管理
? Responsible for work flow designated by the line manager to provide effective and in-time support to the project teams;
遵循直线领导制定的工作流程,为项目团队提供及时有效的支持。
? Work within the responsibility scope and work flow designated by the line manager to provide effective and in-time support to the project teams;
在直线领导制定的职责范围和工作流程内为项目团队提供及时有效的支持。
? Setup and maintain close contact with exhibitors and official suppliers under the guidance of the line manager;
在直线领导的指导下与参展商和指定供应商建立并保持密切联系
? Provide the exhibitor service to international and domestic exhibitors;
为国际、国内参展商提供参展服务。
? Deal with the emergency situation onsite and report to line manager;
处理现场突发事件并向直线领导汇报。
? Responsible for visa letters and applications for exhibitors and visitors as well as hotel reservations in coordination with travel agency;
负责参展商和观众的邀请函、签证等事宜以及与旅行社协调酒店的预定。
? Edit the exhibitors’ manual;
编辑展商手册
? Search vendors according to the request of the project and communicate with the potential vendors to collect information and submit to the line manager for decision;
根据项目需求寻找供应商,并与潜在供应商进行沟通,收集相关信息后提交给直线领导进行后续决策。
? Cooperate with and monitor the registered companies in field and post show service and database safety, coordination of temporary staff management;
现场配合并监督登记注册公司,确保展后服务和数据库安全,协调临时人员的管理。
? Report to the line manager on unsolvable matters or mega-events to the trade shows and provide suggestions;
向直线领导汇报无法解决的问题或展会上的重大事件,并提供建议
Cooperation with other departments 跨部门沟通合作
? Coordinate with internal and external bodies on the subject of project execution within the designated area of responsibility;
就工作职责范围内的项目执行问题与内部和外部相关部门进行协调沟通。
? Take measures to correct any deviation between actual and target performance;
采取积极有效的措施来纠正实际业绩与目标业绩之间的偏差。
? Support the cooperation with Project Team: summarize past experiences, prevent possible problems, solve existing issues, and provide best plans to the exhibitors and Project Teams for their maximum profits when unable to solve completely.
支持与项目团队的合作: 总结过去的经验,预防可能出现的问题,解决存在的问题,在无法完全解决的情况下,为参展商和项目团队提供***方案,使他们获得***的利润。

岗位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above
本科以上学历
2. About 2 years’ working experiences in exhibition or related industry
2年左右展会或相关行业市场工作经验
3. Strong in planning, organizing and coordination, good communication skills
具备优秀的计划、组织、协调能力及良好的沟通技能
4. Experience in booth construction is preferred
展台搭建经验会优先考虑
5. Proficient in Office software
熟练应用Office办公软件
6. Good command of English and Mandarin
熟练掌握英语和普通话
