1) Conducts CAE tasks for development projects 2) Provides, evaluates and documents CAE calculation models according to internal and external requirements and policies and is responsible for the quality of the model 3) Documents CAE-calculation status in form of CAE reports and is responsible for the CAE data structure in the PPM System with regard to project-relevant deadlines 4) Prepares and updates the CAE-DVP 5) Conducts the exchange and transformation of CAE data 6) Develops test scenarios in cooperation with internal and external testing departments 7) Supports the testing phase and conducts correlation inspections in cooperation with the departments, documents and assesses the results 8) Inspects external CAE on plausibility and documents results 9) Prepares product and contract specifications that are relevant for calculations 10) Supports the building phase in the prototype construction and considers the relevant experience for the calculation of the CAE model 11) Presents, structures and represents calculation results internally and externally 12) Supports the development of calculation guidelines and technical standards

Requirements: Bachelor or above degree in the major/subject of Vehicle Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Mechanic Engineering or Material Engineering related major field. More than 3 years related CAE experience in the filed of Vehicle OEM / Engineeering Service / Chassis Components company. CAE simulation experience of static stiffness, linear/nonlinear strength, durability, ect. NVH or Crash experience as a plus. Proficiency using the Software as Hyperworks, ABAQUS, NASTRAN, nCode Desgn Life, ect. Good knowledge of Theory and Material Mechanics. Familiar with the durability theory is a plus. Familiar with the vechicle and component develope process. Subframe/control arms/ Twist beam axle experience is prefered. Good Communication Skills with global and region teams; Well listening, spoken and written communication skill in is required. Be able to perform the CAE analysis self independently, can give the reasonable description to the results, be able to give the improve proposals. Capability to correlate between CAE simulation and Physic Lab Testing. Team coporation work spirit and Innovations. Be willing to learn new knowledegs and update skills.
