E-COMMERCE SALES AND CHANNEL COOPERATIONS ? Close cooperation with JD and TP/distributor to strive for more resources and traffic. ? Work closely with cross-function team and TP to enhance synergy and work efficiency. ? Provide analysis and action plans based on KPI relating but not limited to sales performance, traffic, conversion, AOV, and consumer behavior. ? Customize merchandising plan (incl. engagement mechanism, special offers, consumer approach…) based on marketing calendar, consumer insights and JD market trend. ? Optimize daily operations leveraging multiple resources (sales reports, merchandising reports, campaign report, consumer insight …)
E-COMMERCE LOCAL OPERATIONS ? Work with TP and optimize JD assets including store page, product window picture/PDP/Landing page based on historical performance to increase CTR and consumer journey. ? Optimize brand contents on JD platform, and improve store and KOL live-streaming ? Monitor campaign/project execution and resource exposure in JD, provide result analysis and improve timely ? Manage channel stock based on historical performance and business projection on SKU level. ? Responsible for orders and products deliveries to TP/EC platform warehouse. ? Other internal relevant process affairs
任职条件: ? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar field and/or equal professional experience ? 2 year+ previous experience in e-commerce, especially related to JD. Experience in Beauty, FMCG is a plus ? Proactive team player with strong communication skills ? Strong execution commitment and results-oriented ? Organized, self-drive and open-minded ? Fluent on both oral and written English ? Advanced PowerPoint and excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
