1. Proficient in the application of industrial control products of well-known brands such as Siemens/Mitsubishi, with strong and weak current control hands-on ability and control design ability;

2. According to the company's requirements, formulate electrical-related specifications and standards, and establish safety and operation procedures related to automation equipment.
根据公司要求制定电气相关的规范和标准，建立自动化设备相关的安全和使用操作规程。
3. Responsible for the electrical technical specifications of the new equipment, evaluate and confirm the supplier's technical solutions, and complete the electrical installation and commissioning of the new equipment with the project team until the equipment is put into use.
负责新设备的电气技术规范，并对供应商的技术方案进行评估和确认，与项目团队一起完成新设备的电气安装调试直至设备投入使用。
4. Responsible for the upgrading and adjustment of automation equipment, and complete the electrical scheme, BOM, electrical drawings, and PLC/HMI programs of internal self-made new equipment/tooling.
负责自动化设备升级调整工作，完成内部自制新设备/工装的电气方案、BOM、电气图纸、PLC/HMI程序。
5. Responsible for the daily preventive maintenance of electrical equipment, and formulate daily, monthly and annual inspection and maintenance forms for equipment.
负责电气设备的日常预防性维护保养，制定设备日、月、年点检和保养表单。
6. Monitor equipment failure information, cooperate with engineers and mechanics to analyze the cause of the failure and formulate corresponding solutions to improve production efficiency.
监控设备故障信息，协同工程师和机修人员分析故障原因并制定对应的解决措施，提高生产效率。
7. Improve the equipment management system and process, and rectify and track the problems raised by the audit of different customers' equipment.
完善设备管理制度和流程，针对不同客户设备方面的审核提出的问题进行整改和跟踪。
8. Timely file and update equipment electrical procedures, drawings, spare parts and related documents.
及时归档和更新设备电气程序，图纸、备件以及相关的文档。
9. According to the company's requirements, complete the technical training for relevant personnel.
按照公司要求，完成对相关人员完成技术培训工作。
10. Finish other works assigned by the supervisor/manager.

University Degree or above, major in Automation or Engineering
大学或以上学历，自动化或工程专业
Electrical automation or related professional background, more than 5 years working experience, more than 2 years equipment maintenance experience
电气自动化或相关专业背景，5年以上的工作经验，2年以上设备维护经验
Be good at Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron PLC 擅长西门子，三菱，欧姆龙PLC;
Be good at Autocad or Eplan 擅长Autocad or Eplan;
