工作职责
Job Description:
1、在华东区域开发所负责产品及方案 (DELO德路高端粘合方案、固化及自动喷胶设备) 的新项目和业务。
Developing new projects and business for responsible product (DELO High-end adhesive solution, Curing & Automatic Jetting Equipment) in East China.
2、在目标细分市场或应用领域内 (汽车、消费电子、穿戴及医疗电子、半导体封装及微光学器件和自动化制程 … 等) 开发重点客户，并完成销售指标。
Be accountable for achieving sales target through developing key accounts in target market segments or application fields （Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Wearables & Medical Electronics, Semiconductor packaging & Micro-optic Devices and Processing Automation … etc.）.
3、根据客户的产品设计要求，提供粘合方案。
Providing adhesive solutions according to the product design requirements of customers.
4、建立及维护客户关系。
Establishing and maintaining customer relationship.

聘用要求
Requirements:
1、本科或以上学历，理工类专业；3年或以上工作经验，并希望在技术销售方向发展事业。
Bachelor degree or above major in Science or Engineering discipline; 3 year of work experience or above and willing to develop your technical sales career.
2、英文四级或以上要求
At least CTE-4 or above requirement.
3、良好的自我管理能力，能够独立安排以及处理自己的工作
Good self-management, and can arrange and handle daily work independently.
4、积极进取，良好的沟通协调能力，能够承受工作压力。
Aggressive, good communication skill and able to work under pressure.
5、愿意出差。
Willing to travel.
