Responsibilities: Develop and optimize management of ESG key account team to establish a reliable management system and maintain customer loyalty. Establish and maintain awareness and understanding of customer and market needs and competitive positioning, regular visiting key customers. Communicate and coordinate for the key account customers of different region and company to make sure the sales process is smoothly and the sales plan can be implemented. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, maintain the local strategy of products including targeting customer-specific opportunities. Continuous lead teams to identify opportunities to improve profitability of products. Define optimal technical solution to customer requirements for ESG applications and win customer contract. Adjust the sales strategy according to the changing market situation Collect the key account information in China and pass them to the global team for the information exchange. Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time. Qualifications: BS degree or above Minimum 3 years sales or product management experience in ESG products business. Previous experience with product development, marketing, or sales is a plus. 3-5 experience working in the semiconductor industry or chemical industry supply chains. Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills Ability to quickly and effectively assess, evaluate, and communicate market opportunities, competitive issues, and business performance. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate across organizational and cultural boundaries. Excellent organizational and resource management skills. Ability to travel regionally and internationally.
