Intern – International Project Marketing

Job Summary:

Operation-
？ Assist with operation manager organize and coordinate company meeting/department event/exhibition/training/meeting.
？ Assist with operation manager on follow up things, department matters, and other work-related matters.

CRM system
？ Work with the vendor for system maintenance
？ Assist with operation manager make sure brokers upload/input the documents/data for the runner/leads/res. form on time
？ Upload the historical data to the system.
？ Check the usage and give the feedback regularly on CRM data document upload progress by weekly.

Customer Service
？ Assist with operation manager to be clear with all the exchanging deals and completion deals and provide the update/report on time.
？ Assist with operation manager to track the units that will completing in next 12-18 months. Inform all the brokers when you have any update info.


Person Specification

？ Good command of written and spoken English
？ Strong compressive strength
？ Good sense of service
？ Responsibility and carefulness
？ Good command of Office software, especially Excel
？ At least 2 months internship work.
