Finance: Follow up and coordinate the order overview, invoices and push exhibitors to settle the outstanding payment within the due date; 财务:实时跟进参展确认函及发票的发送,通知参展商在最迟付款日前缴款; 4. On-site Operation: Including but not limited to: booth coordination, on-site customer service, customer relationship maintenance, etc; 现场运营:参与境外展会现场运营服务工作,包括但不限于:展位协调、现场客户服务、客户 关系维护等; 5. On-site Rebooking: Participate in global booking meeting, implement the rebooking sales work for next edition during the show days. (3 days or 4 days); 现场预售: 展览现场参与全球REBOOKING预售会议,并现场执行下届的招商计划; 6. Others. 其他部门负责人安排的工作。
