工作任务 Tasks: 1. 国内销售订单的系统录入管理 Domestic sales order handling in SAP system 2. 管理好订单&预测需求,订单确认及出货事宜,并跟客户接口人员保持实时沟通 Manage orders and forecast; make order confirmation and arrange delivery timely; good and timely communication with responsible customers 3. 协调相关部门以确保订单顺畅按时交付 Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth order implementation and satisfied result to customer 4. 及时维护和更新相关系统数据,保证数据的准确性 Data maintain and update in SAP system correctly and timely 5. 归档相关事宜的记录及生成相关的日报&周报&月报 Make relevant /necessary records and daily report & weekly report & monthly report
岗位要求 Requirements: 1. 大专或者本科以上学历 College or University degree 2. 至少有三年供应链相关的工作经验 At least 3 years working experiences of supplier chain 3. 熟悉ERP和微软操作软件;特别是SAP和Excel; Familiar with ERP system and Microsoft, SAP& Excel are prefer;
