岗位职责:
As an electrical engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
? Develop product concept with pros/cons analysis
? Demonstrate design with MASC (modeling/analysis/simulation/calculation)
? Design of elevator components (controllers, modules, etc)
? Develop and execute the test plan
? Verify/qualify the design
? Documentation of engineering works according to Otis product development process (e.g.: requirement, drawings, test reports, user’s manuals etc)
? Coordinate with other function to ensure program success
? Perform other duties as assigned and requested

任职要求:
? Experience:
o Minimum 3 years of design experience with Master’s degree or 5 years with Bachelor’s degree preferred.
o Working experience in global company preferred

? Language:
o CET-6 and above. Good in written and oral English

? Computer Skills:
o E3 tool for wiring diagram
o Microsoft office tool set

? Other Key Competencies:
o Sense of ownership and responsibility, result oriented

o Good interpersonal and communication skills
o Logical thinking and pro-active

? Other Preferred Experiences:
o Electrical circuit design, Component selection, qualification, EMI/EMC related working experience.
o General knowledge on Elevator industry
o Experiences in VF Application
o Familiar with the Safety Certification by TUV
o Experience with Labview or MiniTab
