1. Undergraduate or Master student from law schools, majoring in common law or international law. 2. Great English writing and speaking to use on paperwork and communication skills. 3. Both Chinese and foreign students who have basic legal skills and fluency in Mandarin. 4. Assist the partner or lawyers works, including but not limited to do legal research, to draft and reviewing the agreements, contracts, memorandum and legal documents, and assist other daily work, in the areas of corporate, investment, finance, cross border transaction and dispute resolution. 5. At least two or three months with 4 working days per week. 6. Including studying abroad, as intern in law firms, and similar prior experience.
