Qualification岗位要求:
1. Strictly follow Triage policy and reasonable arrange patient. Provide total patient care in accordance to the physician’s orders and individual patient needs in conformance with standards of nursing practice
严格遵守分诊原则正确分诊，合理安排病人就诊。根据医生医嘱和病人个体需要提供病人需要的护理.
2. Observes and documents pertinent information that reflects the patient’s clinical condition, with respect to the entire human being. Maintains accurate and complex documentation of nursing observations and care. Reports the same to oncoming nurses , charge nurse and physicians
在尊重病人的前提下及时观察和记录病人病情情况的各种信息. 保持准确的综合的观察和护理记录.向接班护士,主管护士和医生们准确交接病人的情况.
3. Performs or supervises treatment and administers medications as required. Counts narcotics in accordance to the institution’s policies and procedures. Cooperates in maintaining a high level of order, safety and strict control over narcotics and other dangerous drugs
根据需求,执行或监督治疗和给药,根据政策和程序检查毒麻药品的数量. 正确的执行高要求的医嘱,严格控制并安全使用毒麻药品和其它高危药品
4. Actively participates in, patient and/or family teaching, appropriately documents actively and response to instructions
积极参与病人和/或家属的宣教,正确的记录其积极性和对宣教的反应.
5. English and Chinese translation when necessary, Escort all patients for treatment as assigned by Head Nurse
需要时帮病人做中英文的翻译。根据护士长的安排陪同病人完成各项操作.
6. Follow head nurse and CNO instructions or Work as department needed.
听从护士长和护理总监安排或工作内容要根据科室需要
7. Institutes emergency procedures in the absence of a physician to offset life threatening situations. Immediately report to head nurse and nursing director if any emergency code blue or special situation. Cooperate with doctor for any emergency case or code blue case.
医生不在的情况下可以执行紧急程序以缓解威及生命的情况。遇有重大抢救等特殊情况应按预案逐级上报护士长，护理总监，配合医生完成医疗紧急抢救。
Qualification岗位要求:
1. College/Bachelor`s degree in Nursing or graduate of a professional School of Nursing.
护理专业大学专科或本科以上学历；
2. Possesses professional license to practice nursing in Shanghai, People's Republic of China，practice license and qualification certificate necessary.
持有中华人民共和国护士执业证和资格证；
3. Minimum 2 years ER experience after graduation is preferred.
2年以上急诊护理工作经验优先；
4. Good English skills, both verbal and written conversant English is mandatory.
流利的英语口语和书面表达能力；
5. Demonstrates good working attitude and communication skills, with ability to relate to patients and colleagues.
良好的工作态度和沟通能力，能够很好的与患者和同事相处；
6. Enthusiastic, careful, thoughtful, proactive, with a high sense of responsibility, good sense of service
热情、细心、周到，工作积极主动、具有高度的责任感和服务意识。
