岗位职责：
1. 测试DRAM 的所有功能；
2. 编写测试coding；
3. 测试DC/AC 参数，例如电源电压的测试，PWRUP，各种电压/tCK shmoo；
4. 产品失效分析；
5. 进行FIB测试，以找出后备状态的***方案。

任职要求：
1. 具有CMOS电路设计的基本知识，熟悉wafer level 的芯片测试流程；
2. 熟悉测试机台的操作，熟悉测试coding；
3. 测试DC/AC 参数，例如电源电压的测试，PWRUP，各种电压/tCK shmoo；
4. 熟悉产品失效分析，具有FIB经验者优先；
5. 一年以上相关工作经验。

Job Description：
1. Do Dram full verification based on JEDEC spec。
2. Write test pattern for tester
3. Test all DC/AC parameter, such as DC voltage, speed performance，PWRUP and Voltage/tCK shmoo
4. Production failure analysis
5. FIB test to find the best solution by metal edits if default tape out is not good enough.

Job Requirements:
1) Basic CMOS circuit knowledges。
2) Familiar with wafer level test process
3) Familiar with operation of tester
4) Familiar with test coding
5) Production failure analysis
6) Experience with FIB is a plus
