【About the interns】:
We accept fresh graduates and provide one-on-one training, and after the training, it will be easy to be competent for the job.

Sales requirements: international trade services (to sell a certain kind of trade service instead of commercial goods)
Job Responsibilities: Develop new overseas customers through international calls, and use email to discuss and complete the orders.
Qualifications:
1. You must be fluent in spoken English and have an English CET 6 certificate; those who are fluent inJapanese, Korean, Indonesian, Persian, German, Portuguese are preferred (if you do not have a CET 6 certificate, an additional test for English skill is required, including spoken language); foreign trade work experience for more than 1 year.

We accept foreign applicants but require a minimum master degree. We assist foreign employee to apply for Chinese work visas.

2. Proficient in the use of graphic design software Photoshop ,capable of video shooting and video editing (not necessarily required, but those who have mastered it will be preferred, and better salary standards can be provided)
3. Personality: cheerful and optimistic, considerate, flexible and not stubborn, active in work, self-discipline and patient.
4. Proficient in basic office software such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT, etc.
5. After passing the company training, you can develop customers independently and complete the whole process from receiving orders to shipping.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00

5. Salary standard:
Job Feature: Full-time
Basic salary: between 7000-20000RMB, depending on the qualifications of the applicant.

Salary structure: basic salary + performance appraisal bonus + order commission based on sales (proportion under discussion) + other benefits (negotiable, such as year-end rewards)

It takes time to acquire international trade customers. The longer the accumulation, the more regular customers will be, and then the commission will be far more than the basic salary.

There is a high probability that you can get a monthly salary of more than 20,000 yuan through this position, but the key to a high salary is that you have requirements and pursuits for yourself, and make unremitting efforts.
