1.Canteen routine management - Daily 6S check and daily canteen operation check, including personnel, equipment, food safety, canteen supplies inventory, etc. - Confirm the menu with the supplier by weekly, and check the dishes to be consistent with the menu. - Daily meal reserve and monthly meal expense buyoff - Adjust meal supply according to employees’ needs. - Deal with the complaints from employees - Set routine meetings with ESC(员工服务中心) to collect the feedback from employees - Set weekly meetings and conduct routine training to canteen staffs - Set weekly meetings with head of department for collect feedback form functions - Communicate with canteen on-site manager for canteen related issues, including canteen related documents, canteen improvements, etc.
2.Conduct quarterly canteen survey
Qualifications: 1. College degree and above. 2. More than 3 years' working experience in managing a canteen with 1000 employees 3. Familiar with the process of central kitchen 4. Be familiar with food safety requirements 5. Good service awareness and communication skills 6. Familiar with central kitchen facilities 7. Some experience in hosting business meetings 8. Familiar with MS-office skills 9. Foreign company work experience is a plus
