Job description
1. Responsible for the creative design of graphical interface style and interaction design of client application;
2. Complete the continuity design of each secondary interface according to the original standard of the established interface style;
3. Able to understand planning intentions and requirements and reasonably translate them into UI design;
4. Based on user experience feedback, analyze the existing UI interface and propose optimization plans.

The successful candidate will need to do the following:
? Who is interested in exploring IoT for workplace and be able to develop such together the team
? Have experience working with IoT products (sensors, air purifiers, lighting, sound, etc)
? Experience defining a vision for a technology product / service and leading a team to achieve that vision
? More than 3 years’ experience in APP UI design, proficient in related design software, more than 3 years’ experience in GUI design is preferred; At least 2 years of experience as a technology-working environment on infrastructure, developer, or software products.
? Have strong art painting and hand-painting skills, excellent art appreciation ability, fine expression, and special sensitivity to texture
? Innovative and capable of organically combining visual beauty with functionality
? Love design, have good design expression and imagination ability, have broad design view and vision and clear mind; Unique insight in game UI details and user experience
? Excellent communication skills, both verbally and visually with Microsoft Office, learning skills and teamwork skills
? Patient, responsible, pressure resistant, strong execution ability, able to adapt to high-intensity work;
? Able to understand planning intentions and requirements and reasonably translate them into UI design;
? Based on user experience feedback, analyze the existing UI interface and propose optimization plans.
? Experience in product management, UX research, testing, and deployment of new features on either web or mobile applications
? Who is specialized in digital transformation and have worked with some of most recognizable brands in the wider commercial sector as well as in Office environment, Health Care, Education, and Finance
? Work closely with our IT/Technology team to produce accurate and complete proposal.
? Proactively involved in the digital community and are ahead of the changing technology and digital workplace
? Able to transform initial rough technology related ideas into workplace proposal.
? Ensure that drawings show technical details of the products and structures,and specify dimensions and material
? Communicate project updates daily to Technology/IT Project Manager.
? Must be highly organized & able to juggle multiple projects.
? Language: Chinese, English
? Proficiency in Power Point, Video producing, Subtitle Workshop, XD, AI and Microsoft Office application software.
