Job Responsibility：
1.Responsible for the entire international transportation process of heavy and oversized goods, bulk and general cargo, and roll-on/roll-off cargo, including coordination and management of aspects such as chartering of ocean vessels, port loading and unloading, binding and reinforcement, customs declaration and inspection, and inland transportation.
负责重大件、超限货物、散杂货、滚装货物的国际运输全程操作，包括海运租船、港口装卸、绑扎加固、报关报检、内陆运输等环节的协调与管理。
2.Thoroughly understand the physical properties of the goods (such as size, weight, center of gravity, fragility, etc.), formulate a safe and cost-effective transportation plan, and ensure compliance with international transportation standards.
深度理解货物物理属性（如尺寸、重量、重心、易损性等），制定安全、经济的运输方案，确保符国际运输规范。
3.Responsible for organizing relevant documents, confirming the bills of lading, and reviewing the rationality of the additional expenses of the suppliers.
负责相关文件的整理、提单确认，及审核供应商额外费用的合理性。
4.Coordinate resources such as global ports, shipowners, towing companies, and binding teams to solve unexpected problems in the transportation of heavy goods (such as port weight restrictions and route limitations), ensuring the smooth execution of the project and the timely, safe delivery of the goods.
协调全球港口、船东、拖车公司、绑扎团队等资源，解决重大件运输中的突发问题（如港口限重、航线限制），确保项目顺利执行，货物准时、安全的出运。
5.Be responsible for promptly updating customers on the real-time tracking status of the goods, maintaining key customers (such as EPC contractors and heavy equipment manufacturers), providing technical logistics consulting, and optimizing costs and timeliness.
负责及时的向客户更新货物的实时跟踪动态，维护关键客户（如EPC总包方、重型设备制造商），提供技术型物流咨询，优化成本与时效。
Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above, over 5 years of relevant working experience, with specific experience in handling OOG, heavy cargo and general cargo.
学历专科以上，5年以上相关工作经验，有处理OOG、重型货物、散杂货的具体经验；
2.Fluent in English (CET-4 or above), proficient in professional terms, with good oral and written English skills.
英语流利（CET-4或以上），精通专业词汇，良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；
3.With experience in project management and logistics planning, capable of supervising the physical handling and inspection of heavy or oversized goods. (Force analysis of goods, design of binding schemes, loading of special vehicles/ships.)
具有项目管理和物流规划经验，能够监督重型或超大货物的物理处理和检查。（货物受力分析、绑扎方案设计、特种车辆/船舶配载。）
4.Proficient in the port operation procedures for various types of cargo (including bulk, container, and roll-on/roll-off cargo), with practical experience in port operations (such as floating cranes, roll-on/roll-off operations) and the declaration process for over-limit transportation permits. Capable of assisting on-site personnel in handling various routine and unexpected issues.
精通件杂/散杂/滚装货物的港口操作流程，对港口作业（如浮吊、滚装）、超限运输许可申报流程有实战经验，能协助现场人员处理各种常规及突发问题；
5.Be familiar with common risks in international engineering logistics (such as war clauses, detention fee disputes), be familiar with ship stowage, lashing and the execution styles of various shipowners, have a strong sense of cargo safety, and possess the ability to predict and handle risks.
熟悉国际工程物流常见风险（如战争条款、滞期费争议），熟悉船舶配载、绑扎及各类船东的执行风格，有强烈的货物安全意识，具备风险预判及应对能力；
6.Outstanding communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, adaptability to high-intensity working patterns, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
出色的沟通能力，较强的解决问题的能力和对细节的关注，适应高强度工作模式，同时处理多个项目。
7.Occasional domestic and international business trips may be required based on project needs. Be able to adapt to a cross-national team collaboration model. Conduct on-site project inspections, route surveys or meetings with stakeholders.
需要根据项目需要偶尔国内外出差，可适应跨国的团队协作模式。进行项目现场检查，路线调查或与利益相关者的会议。
