工作职责 Job Description: 1. Responsible for SAP MMT maintenance and all purchasing modules maintenance 2. Processing purchase orders in SAP acc. to PRS and follow up order progress to ensure in time delivery 3. Ensure smooth and effective communication with OEM GU-Group Companies in regards of delivery 4. schedule, price issue, etc. 5. Support to feedback customer claims to suppliers and collect information to internal relevant departments 6. Handling of goods tracking for inbound, coordination with quality checking process 7. Specials color (PPRS) and Special Product Application (PA) handling 8. Safety stock management including supplier side and company warehouse 9. Coordination with Finance department and suppliers to apply the payment in time 10. Communicate and coordinate with all related internal departments where necessary 11. Knowledge of purchasing systems, process and SAP operations 2. Planning, negotiations, and agreements experience 3. Good organizational - ability to prioritize and do problem solving. 4. Strong ability of communication and coordination skills 5. Open mindset, target oriented, strong executive ability, and good team player 6. Willingness to travelling 7.
