Primary focus
1.Manage all printing/color portions in the packaging development process in cooperation with front-end process leaders (such as APM, Printers, Design agencies etc.) to meet project timelines in an effective 和流程前端外部负责人(如APM，印刷厂，设计公司等)合作，管理包装设计开发中所有涉及印刷/色彩方面的工作，以有效地保证项目时间进度。
2.Proactively identify potential issues to the process leaders or key SPOC and suggest options to avoid delay on CPS and/or provide solution to the issue 需提前识别到图稿上存在对印刷质量的潜在风险， 并主动对流程负责人提出可行解决方案且不延误客户项目进度。
3.Provide technical leadership and input throughout the artwork production including color retouch process. Prompt, clear and accurate information flow to various parties within interal teams, such as briefs for color development and graphic adaptation 在内部及时/清晰/准确地向各方传递信息，如颜色和图形调整的要求，在内部图稿生产中包括对图片调色给予团队提供技术指引。
4.Identify root cause after an unavoidable incident, propose improvement plan to avoid reoccurrence
在不可避免的事故发生后，找出根本原因，提出改进计划以避免再次发生
5.Basic Knowledge or expenrence of color mamangement(color space, LAB measurement, GMG proofing, icc profile)需了解基本的色彩管理知识（颜色空间， LAB 测量，数码打样，icc 色彩配置文件等等）
6.Lead and contribute technical knowledge in test print/ pre-production meetings with printers for major projects to kill the potential risks in printing and ensure the printing sample quality to meet client’t expectation.
重大项目需和印厂召开测试打样或印刷产前会议，提供印刷知识的技术援助消除印刷过程中的潜在风险，确保印刷质量和颜色达到客户预期。
7.Printing samples evaluation and its report management. 印刷样品检测和评估， 签样及报告的下发和管理。
8.Other tasks (such as accasionally onsiet press checking) assigned by manager
其它上级安排的任务（如到出差印厂现场签样等）

1. At least 5 years experience in design, Artwork, Pre-Press, Printing in Packaging industry, better if work in a foreign company up for 1-3 years.
5年以上有关图文设计/印前处理/印刷工作经验，如包含有1-3年以上外企工作经验者更佳。
2.Understand corporate guidelines and be able to brief a job clearly to an artwork team。
能理解和配合公司策略，清晰表达的能力胜任向团队传递工作信息
3. Basic Printing pack type/ substrates/and post-treatment experience
对包装种类/材质/ 印后加工等方面略有经验
4. Project and time managentment experience 项目和时间的管理经验
5. Written English is a must, Fluent spoken English is better.
需有书面英语表达能力，能流利英语口语更好。
6.熟用常有办公软件MS office application is a must (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
7.会用图文设计软件更好Basic Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator skills would be an advantage
