Responsible for product management and marketing for Injection line. Work closely with internal functions (Sales, Clinical, Sourcing, R&D, QARA) to achieving revenue and profit targets.
Responsibilities: 1. Acts as point of first reference for assigned products related enquiries, work closely with sales team to understand customer needs and competition, satisfying demand, driving cost reduction and improve product profitability。 2. Sales opportunity and performance tracking, providing various analysis report/output as required to support business review and marketing strategy/tactical development Assist product manager to develop and execution of the product strategy and marketing plan. 3. Conducting market research, setting price. Providing marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches。 4. Design and create marketing communication contents such as images, catalogs, website content,TDS,brochures, presentations. 5. Manage product database both central and regional level , optimize global product offering for assigned products.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in medical related field or business 2. Fluent in spoken & written English 3. 2 years’ work experience in medical devices marketing or product management. Strong presentation and communication skills. Good analytical and inferring skills. 4. Proficient software skills on Excel, PBI and python preferred. Knowledge and experience of working in the international markets.
