职位描述: - Analyze requirements and research solutions to complex technical problems under specific performance, size, and cost constraints, recommend viable and cost-effective approaches. - Review and analyze RF/analog hardware designs, be capable of part selection, schematic entry, layout. - Be responsible for analyzing existing antenna designs, tunning and testing antennas to optimize performance. - Research new antennas for RF based applications at 8.2MHz, run simulations with CST to generate related reports to prove design is successful. - Works closely with global R&D team to solve complex engineering issues, support global team to get job done timely for manufacturing related issues. - Validate and trouble-shoot prototypes and production builds with related measurement tools like Oscillograph, Network Analyzer, etc. Generate related reports. - Guide development of hardware test procedures for manufacturing of new and existing hardware. - Support QA engineering team to setup test environment, tune parameter of EUT, debug onsite. - Assist 3rd party’s lab to finish necessary tests such as EMI/EMC relative compliance.
职位要求 - Master/Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering is required, electromagnetic or microwave technology is preferred. - 3~5 years of experience with HF board level analog circuit design, simulation, layout and debug. - At least 1~2 successful designs have been proven by large volume production. - Working experience with CST microwave simulation tools is a plus. - Familiar with RF antenna designs and relative global compliance requirements. - Complete the layout of their own design and review & contribute on other team member designs. - Complete the validation of their design and of the entire application to prove requirements are achieved. - Experience using Mentor Graphics PADS to produce mixed-signal schematics and PCB layout up to 6 layers.Proficiency in using Oscillograph, Network Analyzer and so on for debugging. - Be able to use CST for RF performance simulation. - Board level RF circuit design.Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technology is desirable. - Signal integrity analysis. - Ability to express ideas clearly in written, oral communication is desirable. - Driven to work towards meeting project goals and deadlines. - Driven to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and coworkers. - Working knowledge using Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio. - Good written skill in both Mandarin and English, oral English is a plus. - Willing to work in a global organization with frequent meeting with global team
