1. Assist marketing managers in putting presentation together 2. Update and maintain China fragrance potential database 3. Update and co-ordinate sales and budget database 4. Produce quarterly new product bulletin 5. Coordinate market sample requests for marketing, sales and creative in as well as from region, other countries 6. Responsible for maintaining market sample library 7. Track new product launches in the market 8. Be a competent partner internally - joint brainstorming sessions
Requirements:
1. Students who will graduate in 2025 or 2026 in any major, preferably in Marketing and Business 2. Computer literate and proficient in using MS-PowerPoint, photoshop would be preferable 3. MUST be excellent in both oral and written English 4. Customer-oriented, service-minded and a good team player 5. Stable, patient, careful and can work at least 4 days per week for 4 months
