【Purposes of the Position】 - Be in charge of the full spectrum of financial and management accounting for the company and relevant subsidiaries, including regulatory reporting, ensure the compliance and accuracy etc. - Lead finance team of 7 team members, as the head of Finance department - Act as a finance business partner to the Regional General Manager, providing advice and direction on financial matters. 【Responsibilities and Accountabilities】 - Manage day to day accounting, invoicing, effective cash management and forecast, AR/AP analysis - Ensure accurate and timely various financial reporting - Liaise with audit parties and auditors/tax bureaus/banks etc. to ensure compliance with statutory terms/requirements and standards - Provide financial advice/financial models on planning and analysis for various business projects - Continually review financial works policies/procedures /practices /internal control systems for compliance and better efficiency, identify potential issues in accounts, financial process, and proactively raise management attention to act and resolve - Coordinate with each function to prepare for quarterly forecast and annual budgeting, be responsible for cost control and analysis, contribute to P&L annually - Manage finance team effectively 【Network of Interaction】 Comprising but not limited to following: Internal - Customer service/ Commercial teams/HR/Finance/Operations - Country management teams - Singapore Finance department External - Customers/Suppliers - Joint venture partners - Audit firms/state bureaus/tax bureaus/banks etc. 【Learning Opportunities】 Exposure to Singapore Finance team Gain experience and understand business acumen of the organization. 【Specific Requirements for the Position】 - More than ten years relevant finance managerial experience, lead a finance team with more than 5 team members - Strong communications skills with external bureaus and Singapore finance teams and customers - Proven proactive ability to work on cross-functional and multicultural teams - Good leadership/influencing skills with a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork among functions - Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion - Minimum a bachelor degree from an internationally recognized University, major in finance - Finance manager experience in logistics/ commodity warehousing field is preferred - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese are pre-requisite - Effective interpersonal skills - Effective stakeholders’ management skills
