职位描述
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to :)
? Calendar management and scheduling, including internal and external meetings, conference calls and appointments
? Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and, often with deadline pressures
? Act as liaison between executives, leaders,employees
? Coordinate and provide meeting support, create agenda, take minutes and follow up on action items
? Research and/or prepare materials for meetings and presentations; compile reference materials, maintenance of document, database and filing
? Process and manage confidential material and information with a high level of discretion
? Plan and arrange complex international and domestic travel including agenda, flight itineraries, accommodation, ground transportation & travel documents
? Organizes and coordinates functional events
? General secretarial duties including letters, procurement, memos and faxes
? Receive VIP visitors, coordinate VIP events and act as a hostess for guests to provide logistics support.
? Administrative support to day-to-day activities or any assigned task
? Provide support to other senior management if applicable
? Handle other tasks assigned by VP
? Finance
-Prepare service invoice, and payroll
-Review and manage team expenses
-Ensure compliance with Finance and Audit policies and requirements
? Compliance
-Ensure strict compliance processes, procedures and policies
-Keep current with new information and policies, and communicate changes to team

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
? University / College Degree, major in English, Business Administration or relevant
? Minimum of 3 years’ extensive administrative experience; Working experience in the management office;Fluent in Mandarin and Good Command of Written and Oral English
? Strong sense of confidentiality
? Ability to prioritize and work independently
? Attention to detail
? Organization skills and demonstrated ability to multitask
? Good Computer Skill (Power point, Excel, Word)
