Office files management 9. Meeting room booking and meal arrangement as needed 10. Vendor ' s payment 11. Internal cost allocation 12. Assist with office drivers management 13. Assist with housekeeping management 14. Other work assigned by the leader
Education & Experience 1. College degree or above 2. Fluent English in both written and speaking 3. 1-2 years relative experience in foreign company , MNC HQ preferred
