岗位职责
1. Manage and track BD performance for New Product Development and Business Development projects covering project identification (incl. target customer profiling, product designing/optimization based on solution to customers’ pain points and DyStar’s value proposal, competition analysis, business potential estimation and targeting), project management and product launch (coordinate with R&D to translate customer needs to product development criteria, execute new product pilot launch incl. sampling preparation, bulk trial at pilot customers, co-work with Marketing to prepare the relevant promotional materials, provide technical training to Sales team and dealers, track and facilitate the relevant sales increase).
2. Track and drive for targeted business return from the BD projects.
3. Organize and deliver Reactive and Vat Dyes promotional activities, incl. customer visits, trails, competition analysis, technical presentations and contribution to sales kits preparation.
4. Provide technical support to key customers and follow up the business opportunities.
5. Provide technical and BD project guidance to BD team members to raise up aux. BD performance.
6. Organize technical training to sales teams and key customers/dealers.
7. Summarize & duplicate BD successful cases, and communicate internally & externally to facilitate business development.
8. Filtering global NBD for localization and drive the relevant local BD projects
9. Look after application lab tests for quality management and verify lab test reports.
10. Check through customer complaints to identify the root course and potential improvement with business opportunities at customer site.
11. Keep liaison with relevant key players in textile industry, and updated with the latest market situation, competitors business activities, industry dynamics, etc.
12. Actively share market information with relevant colleagues, and conduct regular market report to BM.
achieve annual sales increase target of aux business in the region.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor or master of Textile chemistry or Dyeing and Finishing Engineering of Textile
2. At least 8 - 10 years' experience in dyeing workshop./lab, and some technical service experience in textile chemical industry, with BD project management experience and Textile auxiliary sales experience is preferred.
3. Initiative and result-oriented. Strong in work management. Good team player.
4. With sound Project Management skills is preferred.
5. Good in English communication both oral and written
