Responsibilities: 1. Support Opco with daily sourcing activities 2. Support daily procurement activity 3. Support global cost saving initiatives 4. To be the purchasing local point for internal clients by supporting the user to comply with Purchasing processes, best practices and tools, and to optimize the Purchase Order traffic 5. Supports implementation of new contracts (communication, training, etc.) 6. Support data maintenance and order tracking 7. Follow-up on orders released to suppliers 8. Work with internal customers and suppliers in order to resolve claims related to invoices, damaged goods/returned goods, delivery performance and quality of delivered services and products 9. Clarification of orders, issue resolution, claim management and compliance 10. Track key performance indicators on supplier and internal customer contract compliance and other KPIs as defined by purchasing
Requirements: 1. Diploma in Purchasing, Supply Chain or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment 2. Good knowledge in SAP system preferred 3. Be able to work in English 4. Proficient in Excel 5. Good negotiation/communication skill 6. Good problem-solving skill 7. Team Worker 8. Able to work under high stress environment
