Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for aftermarket sales achievement in terms of T/O, profitability and channel development 2. Set up regional sales development plan including: channel, products, and marketing activities. 3. Implement aftermarket strategy in the area with mid-long term development plan 4. Support 1st level dealers’ development and develop 2nd level customers development\ 5. Responsible for defined key products sales in the area 6. Be responsible for good link and communication between the company and customers, among different level of customers
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor or above in engineering ,marketing, management 2. More than 5 year working experiences in automotive Independent Aftermarket sales function, 3. Strong coordination capability for complicated tasks, e.g., cross-functional department, between the company and customers, among different level of customers 4. Task and result oriented
