Responsibilities

· Assist the project manager in executing project plans, including market research, data collection and analysis, interviews, and other related tasks.

· Responsible for report writing and integration.

· Participate in project discussions and assist the project manager in writing core content.

· Complete the work assigned by the project manager on time and with high quality.

· Regularly conduct specialized research on key topics in relevant fields and write reports.

· Guide and train the junior staff and intern to enhance their work skills and help them to integrate themselves into a new work environment as quickly as possible.

· Develop strong relationships with internal (e.g., other departments) and external clients (e.g., developers)







Person Specification

· Bachelor’s degree or above with a specialization in real estate or a related discipline

· At least 2 years relevant working experience

· Excellent communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.

· Strong analytical skills with good logical thinking.

· Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship

· Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan

· Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
