We are looking for a Marketing & Client Services Production Executive (市场和商务内容专员) with a great multi-media sense and content production capabilities to create and develop business proposals and marketing content.

The role involves…
? Coordinate and developing a range of business and marketing content and deliverables, including business proposals, company brochures, presentation decks, qualifications and responses to Request for Information and Proposals (RFI/RFPs) and other client pitching and marketing related contents.
? Work with team to identify, imagine and refine specialised graphics such as organisation charts, diagrams, banners and image boards, etc.
? Conceptualise, design and produce multi-media contents, such as videos and animations, to create content diversity, generate attraction and awareness
? Edit content and produce final deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
? Manage and maintain library of business/marketing collateral (e.g. photography, proposals, resumes, press, etc.); includes updating, organising and distribution.
? Helping to maintain the CRM system and other related database and tools with internal teams to support business and marketing development requests.
? Supporting business and marketing initiatives, such as events and campaigns to serve business objectives.

? A creative producer with knowledge of different tactics and tools to develop content that attracts target audiences.
? Sensitive to market and content trends, with a deep understanding of how to translate complex information and ideas into intuitive and effective content.
Your key skills include…
? A bachelor degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, graphics, or a related field.
? Strong in Microsoft Office and Adobe CC family and other essential multimedia software
? Great English/Chinese skills, both written and verbal.
? Hands-on experience in multimedia content production (including but not limited to Infographics, illustrations and video production) is preferred.
? Experience researching, designing, writing, and producing business proposals, presentations, and other collateral is a plus.
? Previous exposure to architecture, interior design and engineering is a plus.
