· You will be in the team of procurement or/and customer service
· Responsible for global RFQ processing and commercial inquiries
· Provide rapid response to regional tender sessions with support from Engineering
· Develop and maintain healthy and efficient vendor relationship
· Acquire accurate quotation based on specifications provided by Engineering and/or clients
· Maintain effective communication with HQ, regions and manufacturing centers
· Assist sourcing requests from regions and Engineering.
· Compile report for SO, PO and other statistics
· Ensure on-time delivery from vendors and for the clients
· Participate in vendor qualification process, vendor audit and client survey
· Review PO/SO status and analyze opportunity for improvement.


Requirement:

· University degree or diploma with a few years of experience in customer service or procurement.
· Good communication skill with vendors and clients.
· Able to communicate in English by emails at least.
· Engineering experience or Engineering degree is an advantage.
