Responsibilities:

Create model numbers,drawings, BOM and testing reports
·
Design testing fixtures and collect testing data
·
Issue purchasing order for parts and follows delivery status
·
Build lab tools and test functions
·
Evaluate parts and module performance, reliability and safety
·
Manage manufacturer to deliver qualified parts and modules on time
·
Collaborate with functional groups to make integration, testing and shipping procedures
·
Troubleshoot problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve engineering issues
Requirements:
·
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required
·
3+ years’ experience in equipment development
·
Familiarity with engineering materials, manufacturing processes, quality control, costs, and other
techniques
·
Sheet metal and frame design experience preferred
·
Proficient with engineering design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD
·
Proficient in using FEA software for strength analysis of design
·
Good communication skill and team work spirit
