Key Responsibilities: ? Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities; ? Strong deal closing capability; ? Develop multiple contacts with decision makers in client organizations; ? Meet and exceed growth targets and budgets set; ? Operate with targets, pipeline, and forecasts; ? Control the Accounts Receivables with clients; ? Own and develop existing clients through strong account management and up-selling mechanism; ? Assist the service delivery teams in their engagements with clients.
Requirement: ? Required length of work experience: At least 5 years sales and business development experience, familiar with state-owned enterprise environment. ? Required functional experience: Business to business, complex solutions sales. ? Required company type experience: Prior experience being with a large, matrix organization with interface with cross border teams and interface with experts in sales. ? Bachelor minimum, Master degree preferred ? English (fluent / near native), Chinese (fluent / near native)
