Key Responsibilities ? Achieve account renewal and extension targets for the specified book of accounts and industry segment ? Achieve gross profit targets for the specified book of accounts and industry segment ? Lead all aspects of 365 day engagement for assigned clients to increase utilisation, client satisfaction, timely renewals and profitable growth. ? Service Quality. Track service quality and project implementation against promised standards to ensure client satisfaction is achieved. ? Resolve concerns. Manage client issues and concerns with service delivery to restore customer satisfaction and maintain client retention. ? Quarterly Reviews. Conduct quarterly reviews with clients to demonstrate value, return on prevention and return on investment from our solutions. ? Relationships. Grow a network and build relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders within the client organisation. ? Advice. Establish credibility as a customer champion and business partner by providing value added medical, security and risk mitigation advice. ? Visibility & Utilisation. Increase “stickiness” through greater usage of the Assistance AP, Members information such as, Medical and Country Guides/Information and other services that increase visibility of International SOS solutions and key features ? Account Plan. Develop and implement Account Plans for Strategic Accounts ? Growth Practively. Administer renewals, drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives. ? Administrative. Co-ordinate appropriate administrative and financial activities for clients including billing, contract review, pricing, invoicing and AR collections. Ensure authorisng persons are updated quarterly.
Required Skills and Knowledge: ? Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Account Management role with gross profit responsibility. Proven track record in account renewals, extension and growth required. ? Direct B2B solution/consultative selling experience to in engaging Chinese Companies, including state-owned enterprises and privately owned enterprises. ? Account Management experience in the China required / preferred. ? Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment an advantage. ? Educated to University level ? Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently, (oral and written) is required. ? Occasional travel within China
