Job Description: 1. Surveils the local procurement markets, informing the Commodity Managers of relevant trends/developments 2. Negotiates with regional suppliers (new business decisions, annual price and savings negotiations) in agreement with Commodity Manager 3. Carries out request for Quotations, Bid Analysis and supplier recommendations in agreement with Commodity Manager 4. Executes supplier visits, conducts cost analysis activities 5. Provide assistance to the Commodity Managers for tenders, regular audits and supplier evaluations 6. Responsible for everyday communication with suppliers 7. Carries out contract management, incl. contract data maintenance 8. Executes measures in the area of commodity reporting and performance measurement 9. Develops and updates templates, tools and standards in conjunction with the Competence Center 10. Ensures regular communication with internal, external interfaces
Qualification & Competencies: 1. Bachelor or above degree in science, engineering or business administration focus on procurement is plus 2. Good team work in a matrixed organization and can work under pressure 3. Fluent English language both in written and spoken 4. Good Skill excel and PPT
