Responsibilities 工作职责 - Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support - 提供文秘服务和行政支持 - Organize travel arrangement, business functions and events - 协助做好行程管理及商业活动安排 - Coordinate meetings - 协助筹备会议 - Handle business correspondence, expenses claims - 处理简单的商业信函、报销等 - Business Information and Data Collection and Analysis - 业务数据收集与分析 Experience 任职要求 - Bachelor degree or above with formal secretarial training - 本科以上学历, 接受过正式的秘书技能培训 - A good team player with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff - 良好的团队合作精神, 能与各级员工沟通 - Good typing and computer skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - 快速、准确的打字技能;熟练运用办公软件 - Good command of English and Chinese - 良好的中/英文表达及阅读能力
