Position:
Supply Chain Manager (Spanish speaking) - Components and Systems for Railway Trains

Responsibilities:

- Strive for operational excellence in order handling process together with SCM team in HQ on Order Planning and Delivery Follow-up, to ensure supplier’s excellent OTIF indicator.
- Collaborate with Division Supply Chain, Plant production, Engineering, QA, etc. to optimize production capacity and supply chain materials utilization.
- Works with Logistics, Operation, and Transportation Groups to ensure that material deliveries are optimized (time, quality, and cost).
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes supply management performance metrics against objectives including on-time delivery, and lead-time. Communicates results and works with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensures compliance on the Global Buying Policy.

Profile:

· Chinese person. Perfect written and spoken Spanish. Based in Shanghai.
· At least 3 years of experience of Supply Chain role in foreign companies， preferable in railway or automobile sector.
· High skill with computers. Some experience as a user of any ERP would be desirable.
· Technical background or experience would be a plus.
