-Support Sales Operations Manager to organize related Sales meeting/ Team building/ Outing activities for Sales department; 支持销售运营经理组织各项销售部门会议或团建活动; -Support Sales department to handle and implement related administrative affairs, including booking air tickets, hotel, business trip arrangement, reimbursement, etc. 支持销售部门相关行政事务的处理及执行,包括预定机票酒店、差旅、报销等; -Assist to complete market research projects, participate in information collection, keep good communication, follow up the project progress; -协助各业务经理完成市场调研项目工作,参与信息收集、各类对接工作,跟进项目进度; - Assist to update and summarize relevant sales reports as requested by Sales Operations Manager; 根据销售运营经理的要求协助更新汇总相关销售报告; -Keep good communication with Jebsen Porsche Center sales team, timely complete other tasks assigned by Sales Operations Manager; 与捷成集团保时捷中心销售团队保持良好沟通,及时完成销售运营经理交办的其他任务;

Education Level & Professional Qualification 学历水平 - Bachelor degree or above 本科或以上学历
Years of experience 工作经验: - At least 2 years working experience in administration industry, similar working experience in automotive retail industry is preferred 至少2年行政行相关工作经验,有汽车零售行业相同工作经验者优先;
