Merchandising Stock Management: - Rollling Forecast on sales, stock, and delivery to take necessary actions to achieve financial targets - Regular reports to reflect real time trend and analysis on assigned performance - New reporting development and ad hoc reports based on reuqests
Buying Plan: - Collaboration with Merchanding team for Seasonal OTB - Responsbile for regular stock replenishment - Identify assortment with Merchadising team and adapt future buying's to reflect new learnings to improve the products and maximize sales and margin
Supply Chain Management: - Involoved in internal supply chain projects and other ad hoc projects up on the needs of internal department and/or Italy team - Collaboration with mutural department, such as Merch, Logistic, Retail teams, and etc.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree and above - Excellent Excel skills and other MS Office tools - Fluent in English - Minimum 3 years' experience with a substantiate experience in Merchandise Planning. Relevant experience in retail/cosmetics industry is preferable - Rigorous with good analytical skills - Organized, pro-acitve, reliable, good communication skills - Ability to work independently, a good team player
