- Report to Account Manager, China, assist and support the sales team 向中国区大客户经理汇报, 协助销售团队 - follow up the enquiry and samples development, and the relevant matter after the order confirmation, collecting the regular proposals 跟进前期询价和样品,以及订单确认后的相关事宜, 定期整理客户提案等 - enter the enquiry and order into SAP, and do the sales relevant files 把询价和订单录入SAP, 按时汇总询价以及订单报表 -communicate with the internal departments to make sure the order progress smoothly, such as procurement Dept., finance Dept. and QAQC team 与内部相关部门沟通,以确保订单的顺利进行,如采购,质检以及财务等。 - Works with Account Manager to develop inspirational briefs and briefings for creatives 同大客户经理一起准确有创意新颖的提案 -Support the account team at an operational level including cost calculations ,shipment tracking and product sourcing for designated account 协助大客户经理日常运营工作包括报价单计算、物流跟踪及产品开发 -Learn and understand client’s brands, business models and business objectives 学习并理解客户品牌、业务模式及目的 -Give status reports for each account/program and review weekly with accounts management team. 每周定期整理订单及项目跟进报表给到客户经理及公司内部管理层。

- Degree in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline 市场或者商务等专业 - Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in marketing, 一年以上相关工作经验 - in written English 较好的英语读写能力 - be patient and careful, positive attitude and enjoy team work 工作认真和耐心,积极的工作态度, 喜欢团队工作
