工作内容：
Job description

1、主导部门重点客户订单洽谈及按照公司计划安排下属开发订单；
Lead department key customer order negotiation and arrange subordinate development order according to company plan;
2、开拓及维护海外市场，掌握行业信息，洞察行业发展趋向；
Develop and maintain overseas market, master the industry information, insight into the industry development trend;
3、负责各项制度的制定及贯彻；
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of various systems;
4、直接参与主持重要客户的业务谈判；
Directly participate in the business negotiations with important customers;
5、负责妥善处理贸易环节的风险控制，确保新品的按时保质保量出货；
Responsible for properly handling the risk control of trade links, to ensure that new products are shipped on time with quality and quantity;
6、定期向总经理汇报业务部总体工作情况；
Regularly report the overall work of the business department to the general manager;
7、协调各部门和各办公室之间的工作配合；
Coordinate work between departments and offices;
8、完成上级领导临时交办的其他任务。

工作职责：
Responsibilities
1、依照公司分配的目标，制定部门计划，以及分解到各小组，确保完成指标任务

2、统筹部门日常工作，分解部门工作计划，制定绩效指标，辅导、跟进并考核部门人员达成指标，团队建设管理；

3、开发新供应商，完善供应商资源，有效维护供应商合作关系；

4、负责交易谈判，维护客户关系

岗位资质要求：
Qualification requirement

教育背景：本科及以上学历，国际贸易或英语相关专业
Education Background: Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade or English related
经 验：有三年以上从事国际贸易的相关工作经验
Experience: more than 3 years working experience in international trade

岗位技能要求：
Job skill requirements:
专业知识：熟悉外贸业务流程，具有独立对接国际客户经验。
