Organize a review of making samples after receiving the demand for new samples.
3) 收到销售提供的新项目启动通知后，成立项目小组，制定新项目时间计划。
Establish a project team and make a timing plan for new project.
4) 每周跟踪新项目时间计划完成情况，并更新项目计划。
Track the completion status of the actions and update the plan weekly.
5) 创建和整理新项目文件夹，确保新项目相关文件及时归档。
Create and arrange folders of new project to ensure placing on file timely.
6) 协调控制新项目的进度、质量和成本。
Coordinate and control the progress, quality, and cost of new projects.
7) 收到客户PSW批准后，组织转量产会议完成新项目转量产。
Organize a meeting to complete changing to mass production of new projects after receiving approval PSW from customers.

工程变更管理 ECN
在项目量产阶段协助项目经理管理变更项目
Assistant project manager to supervise ECN during project mass production period.
1) 收到工程变更申请后，组织会议对工程变更进行评审。
Organize a meeting to review ECN after receiving the application of ECN.
2) 评审后完成6M变化点报告。
Complete the 6M change point report after the review.
3) 制定变更项目时间计划。
Establish a timing plan for change project.
4) 每周跟踪计划完成情况，并更新完成状态。
Track the completion status of the actions and update the plan weekly.
5) 创建和整理变更项目文件夹，确保相关文件及时归档。
Create and arrange folders of ECN to ensure placing on file timely.
6) 确认所有计划完成后，检查相关证据后关闭工程变更。
Close the ECN after confirming the completion of all plans and checking relevant evidence.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree, Engineering or mechanic background is preferred
本科学历，工程或机械专业背景优先
Project management experience is preferred
有项目管理经验者优先
Good communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通和人际交往能力
Good command of English and computer
良好的英语和计算机应用能力
