1. 协助并完成双抗分子的设计，载体构建，表达纯化以及初步表征等实验工作；
Associated with the design of BsAb molecules, vectors construction, expression and purification of proteins, as well as the preliminary characterization of proteins (such as mAb, BsAb) and other experiments.
2. 支持抗体发现项目平台以及其他相关的平台；
Support the antibody discovery platform and other related platforms.
3. 依据设计的双抗结构，构建表达载体；
Construct the expression vector according to the structure design of BsAb.
4. 利用真核或原核表达系统进行双抗的表达纯化；
Expression and purification of BsAbs by eukaryotic or prokaryotic expression systems.
5. 利用SDS-PAGE, SEC, ELISA, SPR, FACS以及初步的功能实验来对双抗进行表征；
Characterization of BsAb by SDS-PAGE, SEC, ELISA, SPR, FACS and preliminary functional assay.
6. 撰写实验记录与报告；
Write the experimental records and reports.
7. 总结数据，并向主管以及相关部门汇报。
Summarize the data, and report to the supervisor and related departments.


任职要求：
1. 硕士学历，生物学相关专业，包括但不局限于生物学，生物化学，化学，免疫学，医学以及药理学等；
Master degree in biology, including but not limited to biology, biochemistry, chemistry, immunology, medicine, pharmacology, etc.
2. 对载体构建和制备具有丰富的经验；
Rich experience in vectors construction and preparation.
3. 对利用原核和真核细胞表达和纯化抗体具有丰富的经验；
Extensive experience in the expression and purification of antibodies from prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.
4. 有体外细胞模型活性评价和小动物实验经验者优先；
Peoples who have experience in in vitro cell activity evaluation and in vivo animal activity evaluation will be preferred.
5. 对于抗体表征具有丰富的经验，比如SEC, ELISA, SPR以及FACS；
Rich experience in antibody characterization, such as SEC, ELISA, SPR and FACS.
6. 英文读写能力良好；
Good ability of English reading and writing is plus.
7. 团队合作精神和责任心，学习能力强。
With team work spirit and sense of responsibility, and have good learning ability.
