Mission of the position: Work independently on development and design of HVAC structure design according to Market and customer requirements Suitable for product system performance and economical production processes. Financial and time constraints are respected. Responsible for: Project Mechanical Design Support prototype manufacture Engineer changes during prototype phase Responsibilities 1. The new product structure design and the old product structure improvement of Rail Transit Air Conditioning. Ensure design standardization. Ensure on time delivery and consider cost-effective, maintainability and manufacturability during product development. Interface; 3D model within all sub-assemblies, such as housing structure, mechanical installation, refrigerant installation, electrical installation etc. 2. Preparation of drawings, E-BOM, and related technical documents. 3. Prototype manufacturing technical support, OPIL tracking, solving. Lead engineering mechanical modification and communication with other dept. 4. Preparation of technical documents to meet the customer request. 5. Preparation of bidding technical proposal and communicate with customers. Interface model; Interface drawing; E-BOM; 6. Discussing and solving complex problems with CS, method engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers. 7. Technical support for different function teams. Take tasks assigned from HVAC design manager or functional manager Requirements: 1. 3+years mechanical design fields. Structure design experience of Rail Transit Air Conditioning is preferred. 2. Proficient with 3D and 2D design software, such as Catia, NX, Creo etc. 3. Familiar with the HVAC structure design and components design. 4. Experience on sheet metal processing (punching, bending, etc) 5. Experience on welding technology (Al and stainless steel) is preferred. 6. Experience on metallic material, non-metallic material 7. Clear thinking, good at finding, analysing and solving problems. 8. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design, mechanical and electrical integration related major.
