The Role You will be assisting in maximizing rental and occupancy of the properties. Job Responsibilities Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio Securing new tenancies and liaising with central kitchen/cold chain clients and catering industry association Identifying market segments and prospects Delivering regular observation report for central kitchen industry Involving in lease management Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor Job Requirements Degree holder in Estate Management/Building/Business Administration (Marketing) or its equivalent At least 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing & leasing and have rich knowledge of catering market/central kitchen, and also cold chain sector Having a sound understanding of the central kitchen/cold chain logistics industry and an extensive network of contacts Excellent interpersonal skills
