职位描述（Job Description）：
1、了解和熟悉英美国家不同院校的文化，并根据不同学校的特点为学生做面试培训和辅导；
Understand and be familiar with the culture of different colleges and universities in Britain and the United States, and provide interview training and guidance for students according to the characteristics of different schools;
2、常规面试经验梳理整理和复盘；
Sorting out and reviewing routine interview experience;
3、负责为学生提供1V1面试培训；
Responsible for providing 1V1 interview training for students;
4、良好的沟通能力和服务意识，有责任感，耐心细致；
Good communication skills and sense of service, responsible, patient and meticulous;
任职要求（Job Requirements）：
1.英语系国家本土人士，美国、英国、加拿大和澳大利亚优先考虑；
Native speakers of English-speaking countries, US, UK, Canada and Australia are preferred;
2.具备3年以上咨询行业面试工作经验；
More than 3 years' experience in consulting industry;
3.大学本科以上学历，沟通能力佳；
Bachelor degree or above, good communication skills;
4.待遇面议，报酬丰厚；
